1. How to activate package ?


i. If you already purchased package, please insert the SIM card after arrival destination

ii. Switch on Data roaming

iii. If automatic activation is switched on, please wait for several minutes then you can use the internet service. If the automatic activation is switched off, please connect WIFI and switch on automatic activation or press “Internet” button in “Internet” page

Since data service has Fair Usage Policy (FUP), it is recommended to disable the software auto-update function before package activation
 

2. What can I do if I cannot connect to internet ?


i. Please ensure the mobile data and Data Roaming are switched on

ii. Please ensure the APN is set correctly. (Refer to the list of network operators in APP/CMLink website)

Note: If the proxy setting in APN is not blank, please create another new APN and input [Name] & [APN], leave other fields blank. Then choose the new APN and try to use internet.

iii. Please try to manual select the operator (Refer to the list of network operators in APP/CMLink website)

iv. Please connect WIFI and in APP/CMLink website, switch on automatic activation or press “Internet” button in “Internet” page

v. Please switch on and off the airplane mode

vi. If still cannot connect to internet, please restart the handset

For dual SIM handset, it is advised to insert the SIM into SIM 1 position and make sure data service is assigned to SIM 1
