It is the China Mobile Global Data Sim, a data roaming Sim which allows you to use mobile data services while traveling overseas.

All smartphone devices that support 4G can use our CMI Global Data Sim

For 1^st Time Buyer without CMI Global Data Sim,

1. You need to purchase a data package bundles with a SIM.
    
2. We currently only deliver SIM to addresses in Malaysia.
    
3. We will use express delivery services and will deliver the SIM with data package
    

•  3 to 5 working days within Klang Valley and Selangor areas.
•  3 to 8 working days within Peninsular Malaysia, and
•  5 to 10 working days within East Malaysia

For Existing Member who wants to purchase another SIM,

1. You may buy online via cmi.travel
    
2. We currently only deliver SIM to addresses in Malaysia.
    
3. We will use express delivery services and will deliver the SIM with data package
    

•  3 to 5 working days within Klang Valley and Selangor areas.
•  3 to 8 working days within Peninsular Malaysia, and
•  5 to 10 working days within East Malaysia

** We do not take responsibilities in the event of delayed delivery (longer than usual delivery time) by the courier companies.

CMI Global Data Sim is valid for every 12 months, provided there is a data package purchased once every 12 month.

You can pay for any of the data packages via cmi.travel.

Upon arrival, kindly do the following:

1. Restart your mobile phone.
2. ON your Mobile Data
3. ON your Data Roaming
4. Switch OFF wifi.

Please wait for several minutes then the setup should be completed.

Your mobile phone should display the signal and carrier name.

You can now use the Internet service.

If you fail to access the Internet, please try the below options:

1. Switch ON & OFF airplane mode.
2. Restart your mobile phone.
3. If still failed to access Internet, setup APN according to the APN as disclosed
4. And also to select the network operator (carrier) manually.

Package will be counting continuously once activated. Every 24 hours will be counted as 1 day.

For example :
If the customer purchased Europe 5 days package, and activated on 1 Oct 2017 (10am; GMT+8), the expiry date will be 6 Oct 2017 (10am; GMT+8).

For multiple packages which expiry time is different, the package with earlier expiry time will be prioritized to activate.

For multiple packages with same expiry time but different coverage, the package with less coverage will be prioritized to activate.

For multiple packages with the same expiry time and coverage, the activation will be based on the subscription time, e.g. first subscribed package will be activated.
